In public places, certain parts of your body must always be covered. It also isn’t okay to touch these parts of your body, even over your clothes. These are called your “private parts.” Showing or touching your private parts in public places is a bad choice. People will have Level 3 weird thoughts about us. Some behaviors might even be a Level 4 where we could be in trouble.
Is it okay for other people to touch or see your private parts (parts of body that are covered by a swimsuit/underwear)?
It is not okay, unless
*Someone we trust needs to help us (in private)
* doctor/nurse is giving us a check-up
*we are asked before touching/seeing to make sure we say it is ok

What is hygiene behavior?
What parts of the school bathroom are public and what parts of the bathroom are private?
The bathroom stall (when locked) is private. The sink, mirrors, and doorway are public

Washing hands
Covering coughs/sneezes

How can you tell a place is private?
1) You can close a door
2) you are alone (or can be reasonably expected to be alone)
Change from your school clothes to gym clothes in the locker room?
Expected (but it is important to focus on yourself when changing and not talk/walk by others when partially dressed)

Putting on deodorant
Checking clothing to make sure it’s clean
Adjusting your bra or underwear

1) there is more than one person
2) somewhere you're likely to see someone else
