What is call for help, call rapid response, get blood sugar (nml), get vs (84/50, 124, 30, 92%), call for ecg, assess the patient (large pool of blood in groin area), call MD.
Now what do you want to do? Call blood bank for MTP, start second IV and get labs H+H/coags, call OR, prep pt for OR.
Altered Mental Status, anisorca, elevated ammonia, hypoalbuminemia.
Liver failure.
What meds would you give in what order?
Albumin 1st, then Lasix, Lactulose, Rifaximin

What is post-Cholecystectomy syndrome? Leaking of bile into the abdominal cavity post-op, or gall stones left in duct.
