Cuts on me should be plumb and level.  

When performing drywall removal, cuts should be plumb and level. Generally, removal at the 2’ or 4’ level (as appropriate) facilitates easier repair during reconstruction. When removing drywall at higher levels on a wall and when possible; cut the drywall at a minimum of 6” below the seam of the ceiling to avoid damaging the ceiling plane and unnecessary tape joint and/or ceiling repairs.

They must solicit the assistance of a professional countertop/cabinet installer and invoice for services rendered. You must call to review this procedure with the WMU to ensure every precaution is being taken to avoid breaking the countertop upon removal.

Desiccant dehumidifiers require pre-approval from the WMU before they are placed on any loss. True or false? 

False (kind of) The guidelines state: Low Grain Refrigerant (LGR) dehumidifiers should be used on all mitigation jobs and invoiced accordingly. Desiccant dehumidifier sizing should be based on the number of air exchanges, and not by the size the of desiccant used. Excessively large equipment will not be reimbursed on invoices, even if utilized.

Post demo cleaning charges are allowable on CAT 1 and 2 losses. True or false?   

False: Final Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleanup, or Vacuuming charges should not be included in any estimate unless the cleaning was related to the original damage (As opposed to at the end of the job). CoreLogic line items already include supporting event time for clean up of materials during and after demolition.
