Jonah was upset after the people of Nineveh repented because God forgave them and Jonah believed that the people of Nineveh did not deserve forgiveness but deserved instead to be destroyed.

When the priests turns the wine into the body and blood of Christ.

God is like the father in the parable because he forgives everyone even if they turn away from Him.

They did not like how Jesus was saying he was God, because they didn't believe him.
They did not like how Jesus was spending time with sinners and lepers, and they thought they were unworthy and unclean.

The younger son would be the sinners that Jesus reaches out to. The older son would be the Pharisees that didn't approve of Jesus forgiving sins.
