What is the positions were emailed out last spring to all staff including a job description for each role. The lead teacher position is a one year role with the opportunity to reapply for a second term. The Q-Comp Program Coordinator position is a 3 year term with the opportunity to reapply for a second term.

What was the process for writing test questions?
What is there was a team of individuals who would analyze all questions by closely looking at the questions and the standards. Teachers would then suggest changes and the test writer for that grade level would make the necessary changes.

What training did the observers receive to ensure inter-rater reliability?
What is Sean, Jordan, Jamie and Abby meet each Monday. There was an initial training at the beginning of the year and ongoing training occurs during the course of the year. During this meeting we talk about language so we all know what all, some, most mean.
