FES communicates with family regarding the child's asthma, can discuss any steps they want the center to take in the classroom to better support him (monitoring him on the playground, checking for wheezing, etc.). FES can share the information with ELS, ELS can create a goal for Coaching Action Plan about identifying signs of an asthma attack or send resources on supporting children with asthma in the classroom.

DSS could advocate for more services after an observation of the child or partner with therapists/specialists to help the ELS with supporting the teacher in the classroom. Nutrition Specialist can support the center with modifying his diet and support FES with giving the parent resources at home. FES can support the parent on connecting with outside therapists/specialists (OT, Speech).
