Eric was receptive towards QMHP allotting 1:1 time as he stated he was being bullied at school by a female and male peer but was too embarrassed to tell his mother due to not wanting her coming to the school. Eric was receptive towards reviewing his individual service plan as evidenced by reading alongside QMHP-C, giving his own definition and meaning of his objectives and smiling when able to reiterate his objectives without looking at the document.
