What is the “double check” of reviews that do not meet standards called?

What is a Interrater

When completing a review, if any of the sections are scored 75% or less then they need an interrater.

An Interrater is completed by another QA Specialist to remove possible review bias and to ensure that providers are only being notified after it has been verified they scored below a 75%.

After the interrater is complete and the scoring remains 75% or less then that provider will be required to take the Relias training again within 30 days. If the provider does not complete the training within 30 days their supervisor will be notified.
