Since 2012 there has been a 71% increase in calls serviced up to 195,000 calls in 2015. Each call averages in just over 1 tire sale. The offers process is mapped; an FMEA is carried out and preventive actions put in place. Customer satisfaction is measured and a Governance process has been put in place to manage changes.
