What type of event would be classified as a Level III?
Deviated Material Event Level III ONLY. Restart is permitted; however,action taken must include removing the deviated material from the packaging process.
Restart is not permitted for anything other than Deviated Material Event Level III until identification of the root cause. Quality will not sign the bottom of the form for these Events.
