Can I keep a copy of the quarterly assessments?
No. These assessments are considered high secure documents.
Can students draw on the bubble sheets?
No. We would prefer students not to draw on bubble sheets.
Should you double check the testing materials when you check them out?
Yes. That way we can correct the mistake before you leave.
How much time can students have to take each assessment?
up to 60 minutes
What do I do if a student doesn't have a bubble sheet or messes up a bubble sheet?
Use a blank subject area bubble sheet.
How soon can I see assessment results in MyPerformance?
Within 15 minutes of being scanned.
Can students write on their tests?
Yes. Students can write all over their tests. Answer sheets must be bubbled though.
What signs will you need to hang in your room?

Do I need to monitor my students during testing?
Yes. You should be monitoring during the entire test.
Can I take a grade from these assessments?
Yes. These tests should be considered one data piece from the grading period.
If students write in their QR code, will the document scan?
No, if students write in their QR box, the bubble sheet will not scan.

Are there scripts this round?
No. We want students to treat this like a normal assessment.
Can I create use a quarterly assessment as a study guide moving forward?
No. Each test is considered a secure testing document.
Do we have a data protocol for our data reflection?
Yes. The district does have a data protocol.
When do you have to return testing materials?
The same day they are checked out.

March 2-March 13
Can students have electronic devices on them?
No. All devices should be turned off and put away.
How will the data be used?
To determine what standards were mastered and what standards need to be reviewed.
