What does automatching do?
When you use QB Payments, QB can automatically match your invoice payments and sales receipts to the correct deposit. When you use QB Payments to process a payment from a customer, Qb records the payment. Then later, when QB’s deposits the payments at your bank, it automatically matches the payment with the deposit. That way, Qbs applies the payments to the appropriate deposit so you don’t enter the same transaction more than once.
Both take payments on the spot, but the green version can also create an invoice, apply a payment to an invoice, and add/manage customers. The green version links to and automatically synchronizes with a QBO account.
