رَبَّنَآ أَفۡرِغۡ عَلَيۡنَا صَبۡرٗا وَثَبِّتۡ أَقۡدَامَنَا وَٱنصُرۡنَا عَلَى ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ
when listening to the quran, sometimes you hear the reciter stopping, and repeating the same word again. why is this?
they stopped at a time where there wasn't a stop sign in the ayah.

ولا تحسبن الذين قتلوا في سبيل الله أمواتا بل أحياء عند ربهم يرزقون
asking Allah to excuse us if there might have been something that was imposed on us and we didn't do it (i.e. forgot to); or might've done something that He forbade us from doing ((without intending to disobey Him) but out of ignorance and error on our part). asking Him not to overload us like with a burden like those before us, [7:42] don't stress us with more than what our soul/self can handle. Help us against the disbelievers.
رَبَّنَا لَا تُؤَاخِذْنَا إِن نَّسِينَا أَوْ أَخْطَأْنَا ۚ رَبَّنَا وَلَا تَحْمِلْ عَلَيْنَا إِصْرًا كَمَا حَمَلْتَهُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِنَا ۚ رَبَّنَا وَلَا تُحَمِّلْنَا مَا لَا طَاقَةَ لَنَا بِهِ ۖ وَاعْفُ عَنَّا وَاغْفِرْ لَنَا وَارْحَمْنَا ۚ أَنتَ مَوْلَانَا فَانصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ
