Put in a work order for salt/de-icing. Let Justin/Sydney know as soon as possible.

Ask them how they can help, offer them ways to make connections on campus, offer UHCS.

1. Ensure no residents are trapped in the elevators- respond accordingly. 

2. Remain calm, help any residents as needed.
