What are LeAnne's office hours?
9-5 p.m. M-F. As much as she loves work, LeAnne does not work weekends or after 5 p.m.
When are attendance sheets due?
Within 24 hours after the program occures.
What time are quiet hours?
9 p.m.- 8 a.m. (However, courtesy hours are always in affect)
What time is phone due to the office on a weekday?
9 a.m.
A resident wants to stay over winter break. Who do they need to contact?

How do you check out a resident?
When a student comes into the office to check- out of their room
Go with the student to fill out their RCR in the THD system. Check to make sure the student has completely moved out of the suite. Note any damages on RCR.
Collect their bedroom key
E-mail the RD of the building the student is checking out of. Include any information regarding damages in the suite.
How do you turn in a receipt?
Refer to the template on the google drive.
Must be for an RA event only. Needs to be two separate receipts.
Name 6 things you would call the RD on Duty for.
Bomb threat
Elevator is broken (Garden ALWAYS, Flower is sol)
Fire Alarm
Anytime an EMT/Ambulance/911
etc. are called or are in the building
Medical Emergency
Call the RD/security as soon as a medical emergency occurs. The only time an ambulance should be called before contacting an RD is if the injury is life threatening

All residence halls will close at 5 p.m., Friday,
Nov. 16, 2018, and reopen at 9 a.m.,
Friday, Jan. 4, 2019.
There is an emergency maintenance for Flower at The Hive during office hours. What do you do?
Check the problem with your own eyes/in person.
Call/text LeAnne (if before 5 p.m.) or call RD on Duty (if after 5 p.m.)
Call RD on Duty if LeAnne or another RD is not around.
What time (set up, event, clean up) is the large scale for the Fall quarter?
Set up- 6 p.m.
Event- 8 p.m.
Clean up- 11 p.m.
You are in a roommate meditation and one of the roommates confess to having a guest spend the night every night in tehir bedroom. Is this an IR or information report? Why?
IR. Overnight guests who are not approved to stay over night are not permitted on campus.
How soon should a IR or an information submitted?
ASAP or by 8/9 a.m. the following day.
How many duty nights do you do on Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday?
Tuesday- 2 rounds
Friday- 3 rounds with H/E
Sunday- 2 rounds

What is SCAD policies regarding skateboarding?
Skateboarding, inline skating, and/or riding bicycles, hoverboards or motorized vehicles inside the residence halls or other SCAD facilities is prohibited.
* Exterior structures such as stairs, rails, benches and walls are not to be used for performing skateboarding or cycling tricks or stunts. Destruction of or damage to SCAD property is a violation of the Code of Student Conduct, and could result in disciplinary sanctions
* SCAD reserves the right to ask students to stop skateboarding, hoverboarding or cycling in any place or manner that is deemed unsafe.
Skateboarding or performing tricks on heavily populated pedestrian sidewalks and roads/parking areas is a safety hazard and therefore prohibited in areas such as The Hive community, Barnard and Boundary Village parking lots, Turner House courtyard and all parking garages. Please walk your skateboard until you are outside of these areas before skating.

• Turn off all lights.
• Turn off faucets and leave the drains open.
• Keep the AC unit on low/3/70 degrees to
help control the humidity in your room.
• Unplug all electrical items except dehumidifiers,
refrigerators and aquariums. We encourage
you to take fish and aquariums home due to
the long break period.

Wash all dishes, discard perishable food
and remove trash.
• Take all valuables home.
• Store your bicycle in your room/apartment,
if applicable.
• Make sure any welcome mat outside your
room door has been brought inside.
