What Do I do when I run into a problem
You call an RA on duty if one is not on campus call RHC or Campus safe
Resident having non emergency roommate issues
Email the RHC about the issue and follow procedure about roommate issues
How many night outs do I get
Not a limit, but do not be gone every weekend
What happens when someone underage tires to check in
As long as they have a parent permission slip and ID the are fine
Can I stay in someone's room
Would not be recommended, If you are needed we need to be able to find you right away

Yes, But if the desk worker does not want you there leave

What do I do if a resident comes to me off duty and needs a key in
You can either do the Key in (You do not have to) Or you direct them to the desk/RA on duty
When should I notify the RHC of nights out
At least 24 hours in advance
What do I do when I find something that is not suppose to be there (Example Heater)
Explain to the student that the issue item cannot be there (Take picture if you can) and Email RHC
Do I need to go to programs while on duty
Yes, you should attend programs and bring a resident with you
