Yes, each student is required to discuss their readmitted patients, complex cases, cases open for over 30 days.
Do we follow a patient that is visiting from out of state and will be returning to their home in Colorado ?
No, they would be out of REACH's coverage area.
I am a 32 year old with Aetna Managed Medicaid. I was recently in the ED for abdominal pain and am 24 weeks pregnant. I work part time. I am 2 months behind on rent, I have not received an eviction notice. Catholic Charities assisted me with rent 6 months ago. Do I qualify for Christian Service Center?
No; to qualify for CSC you cannot have received financial assistance from an agency in the last 12 months.

Staying connected with supportive peers, supervisors, and mentors. Talking through challenges, seeking feedback, and sharing experiences builds resilience and prevents isolation.
What if a student does not have a complex case, what should they present on?
The student is required to present a success story, share a new resource that was successful with a patient, any takeaways.
