What are Soft Skills and who will this training be completed with?

Soft Skills are non-technical skills that relate to personal attributes that are needed for success on the job! Often times they are referred to as our "people skills" and include problem solving, conflict resolution, customer service excellence... 

Erin from SURP will be facilitating your Soft Skills training!

How many hours each week is the Reach for Success program?

First 4 Weeks: 30 hours a week at $14.25 per hour

Weeks 5-12: 6 hours per week at $14.25 per hour

Pay is calculated based on your attendance at each of the meetings and completing each day's assigned work.
