What should you do when either the teacher or your classmate is talking?
Listen while they are talking- no interrupting or side conversations!
What do you do when you need to use the bathroom?
Show Mrs. Whitlock or Mrs. A the number 4 and wait for them to say or nod yes or no. If they say yes, don't forget to grab the bathroom pass and go quietly and quickly!
What do you do when you are absent?
If you are absent, please go to the Period 4 hanging file and grab the work you missed or check google classroom. It your responsibility to make sure you complete the work you missed and turn it in.
You can read every day for 20 minutes, complete and turn in your homework/assignments, take the Read 180 program seriously and come to after school tutoring.

You need to turn it in as soon as possible and each day it is late, you will be marked down points.

You should enter the classroom by walking quietly and sitting at your desk. You should look at the board to see what materials you need for the day and get started.

Only during the read 180 computer rotation or when the teacher gives you permission.

What do you need to bring to class every day to be prepared?
A pen or a pencil and your device.
What do you do if you need to sharpen your pencil? AND what do you do if you lost or need a pencil?

Also, if you need a pencil there the green pencil box of golf pencils. Please take one only if you need them! This will be the allotted amount for the trimester!

False. You can check out a book from Mrs. A during the independent reading rotation and you need to see Mrs. A in order to check it out and also RETURN IT!

Where do you turn in your homework/assignments?
You can turn in paper homework/assignments into the BLUE basket. If it is an online homework assignments, you will turn it in on google classroom.

In your designated tower at the back of the classroom.
How many reading counts points do you need have each trimester?
30 points EACH trimester! That means you will have a total of 90 points at the end of the year!
