The problem in the story/struggle between opposite forces.

How do we know that we are looking at Dialogue in a drama?
It has the character's name in BOLD and the words they are speaking next to the name.
What does entertain mean?
To amuse the reader.

Try to get the reader to think the way the author does about a particular topic.
What is the inciting incident?
Where the conflict of the story is introduced - at the beginning of the rising action.
