Write down date it has arrived on shipping label sticker & put it in package holder in workroom/BSC
Email person! When she comes to pick it up we will have her sign and date.
I have 50 visitors coming to visit me! Is that okay?
They will need to submit a GREF ticket and include everyone's names on it. They can only have 5 visitors per Amazonian so they will also need to let us know who will be escorting with them.
How do you set up your out of office?
Go to file, automatic replies (Out of Office), set it for "Send automatic replies" and the dates/time you will be out of office.
Insert your message in the text box including your signature at the end. Make sure to set it for "inside my organization" and "outside my organization" Press okay when done.
I'm visiting site SBP10 from 2/13-2/17. I didn't submit a ticket though!
We can only give daily access without a ticket.

Yes! In order to do so, you will need to submit a SIM ticket. It is a very long process but technically we can do it.

We don't do shipments at SBP12, will need to come to SBP1. Attach domestic shipping forms
How do you go about giving access to this pass down?
Find badge holders on phone tool, give access for days selected, people without badges get entered to rightcrowd.

I got fired :( Here is my computer, backpack, and badge. I have a return shipping label right here.
Register the badge as returned, if it is a BRI badge we will have to return it to Seattle badging office, if it is a regular flat badge, we can shred it. We will have them box it up and we can put the return label on the package.

A MEF will need to be submitted, reception does not help with catering but can accept any catering delivered along with a catering cart and we can also offer a list of catering in the area.
