As soon as they are received while the student is still in the office.
Do Unofficial transcripts cost money?

Enter an END date and check the Inactivate Box

Where is the first place to look for Pre-Req errors during registration week?
Look up the course the student is trying to register for, see if the student has met all the pre-req's for the said course. Check SFASTCA to see the error. Could have been multiple errors.
Is there a limit of credits left to take to participate in commencement if the student is not graduating in May?
Not for UG as long as they are fully registered for their remaining coursework.
Grad students do have a limit.
Can a student have a Local address only?
No, they need a MA, if they put LO on the form and it is more than an hour away, more than likely it should be MA.
Can the program change form be emailed?
Yes, but only from the Students Longwood Email or from the Department.
Who signs this form?
The student. The student's advisor if they have not earned 46 credits, or a SOWK major. Athletics if they are an athlete.
What time does registration start?
7:00am
How are time tickets assigned?
Time tickets are assigned by either special attribute or number of credits earned. In progress credits do not count.

Yes - this should be the only way to fill this info in, by entering the Zip code and hitting tab.
What Concentration changes need approvals?
Art, COMM, Music, Thea, LST, ELEM, ELMI, MOLA
If an override is needed for the student to take more than 21 credits, or is on probation and needs permission to take more than 15 credits, who signs this form?
The Associate Dean of their college
How can transcripts be ordered?
Online through NSC, then they can request them to mailed, held for pick up or emailed.
