ONE.

This conversation is to lock them down on a position before subbing them over to the AM/client. To verify they are committed and are on the same page with you as far as the position and next steps.

Why is performance feedback important?

Because we all know that "no news, is good news" is not always the case. We want to make sure the client is also satisfied with how the candidate is performing as well as how they are showing up ever day. (late, missing, sloppy, mean, smells, etc)

Any time frame over 5 minutes, and under 25-30 minutes (always a gray area)

Once the candidate has stated they are interested in a position (after screening has been completed)

What are the "standard" STP times when a candidate starts? 

Day 1, Week 1, Month 1... so forth

Day 1, Week 1, Week 2, Month 1... so forth


first day/first week, are HUGE. one month is good too, they've had weeks to see if it is the right fit still/good time to address anything they have questions with. (paystubs, taxes, time off, etc)

Bottom Line, just service them! Sometimes we get busy and the timeframes are skewed, just don't be the recruiter that is known for not responding!!
