How do you walk around the PNM during formal recruitment?
Make eye contact with your sister, coming behind the PNM so your sister is aware the bump is happening and PNM do not feel weird

Take the to a table, bring up conversations points from previous powerpoints, ex- what are your values, life goals, where do you want to be in the next couple years, leadership, involvement, etc., a compliment!

WWYD if you KNOW a bump rotation gets messed up?
if you are the one bumping and you realize it will mess up more if you bump, come see me and Audrey
if you have been bumped, stay where you are, be calm, come see me and audrey after someone comes to get you, or drop the PNM off at the door if it is time to leave and report back to me and audrey
So pledge our fraternity, if you're from Ohio, Kentucky, or Caroline, norther, south, west of the county line
What should we NOT put on our notes sheet when scoring?
Vague things that are not helpful like "she's funny, she's sweet, blonde" everyone is funny, everyone is sweet, and things like physical descriptions do not matter. HOWEVER..... on your notepads
How many days of recruitment are there AND how many parties will we see each day?
4 days. 3 parties day 1 of sisterhood. 4 parties day 2 of sisterhood. 5 parties philanthropy. 2 parties for pref
What is MSB?
A Committee made up of the President, Membership Director, Reference Chairwoman, Chapter Adviser and Membership Adviser. The Committee can unanimously vote to unendorse a PNM for membership. They meet with chapter members who may have concerns about PNMs. They also prepare the lists to submit to Panhellenic for each round of recruitment.
WWYD if a PNM passes out?
if you are with the PNM that faints- immediately get Audrey or Jaden, stay with the PNM with Audrey and Jaden as we give further instructions.
if you are NOT with the PNM that faints- have your PNM face away as to give privacy, talk to and make sure your PNM is okay, follow directions from Audrey or Jaden.

How can you be a good recruiter for our chapter?
You can show enthusiasm for our chapter, practice hard, be dependable, respectful, and show me that you want to succeed and develop personally with this process
