A show that happens early in the spring semester and is open to all members in the chapter.

A girl who was very involved in high school activities, held leadership positions, and has great letters of recommendation.
What is a star girl?
We recruit women based on who they are, not who they know, what they wear, or what activities they're involved in.
What is a values based recruitment?
When a recruiter crosses their arms, yawns, is not paying attention, interrupting, or speaking negatively about another chapter when talking with a PNM.
What are things you shouldn't do as a recruiter?
Holding yourself and others accountable to high standards.
What is responsibility?
In 2025, the men of Phi Gamma Delta and the women of Zeta Tau Alpha won first in this category.
What is the spirit award?
The score you give a PNM to show that she would probably be an average Zeta member.
What is a 3?
Our local philanthropy that delivers care packages to cancer treatment centers across Oklahoma.

Empowering others and setting a good example.

The committee that helps decorate, set up, and organize our social events.

What is a bad comment?
Event where all sorority chapters are invited to come to a house and work on any studying or school work.
What is Panhellenic study night?
The person you refer a PNM to if they ask a question you are unable/ not allowed to answser.

Living with authenticity and true character.

The pairing that won 1st place in house decoration, spirit, and sweepstakes in 2023.

Avoiding getting input from others or sharing information about a PNM before you vote on her.

Event when a sorority pairs with a fraternity and goes to peoples homes to help with tasks they are unable to do themselves.
