This being in and of itself a recollection and reflection as to what got him to the point he is today.

Sammy has a goal where she's trying to do a push up for every scripture she's read. After looking back on the past month she realizes that she hasn't quite caught up on her goal. She says it fine because she'll quote, "just do better this next month.
No this is not a good reflection because she didn't state how she was going to be accountable or what she was going to do specifically in order to improve.
Jesus Christ holds the greatest example of reflection when he went to this Garden to take on all the Sins Pains and temptations the world would ever know.

Yes'nt She did great at pointing out ways in which he wasn't living up to the goals and standards they had set for themselves but she didn't go about it in the kindest way.
