Get Permission for Manager or a Helper, if approved place a D in front of the control that needs removed, Push Enter then F3.
Claimant made 10xBR since previous claim. How do I finish the new claim?
If claimant made 10xBR, remove New OC Eligible control, Backdate claim to avoid a waiting week, and leave in C status for migration

Check ubwr notelog for "Identity Verified By ID.ME" message. If notated remove control, if not read the MCU script to claimant.

Claim has 2 controls "Do Not Pay - See Log" and ">3WRK" After you confirm the claimant made a mistake and only worked 1 day, should you retake the certification?
No. Do Not Pay - See Log is an MCU control and takes precedence over all other controls. Only thing to do is read MCU script
New O/C Eligible control has been handled and a new claim is on file, but payments are being held under incorrect BYE. How do you handle?
Ask permission from a Manager or Helper to fix payments. Once approved, delete all held certs under wrong BYE (BCIQ enter D by payment), Retake certs and add to tally sheet to be paid out under correct BYE
When do we use the PUA folder in Letter Generator?
Level 2 reps will use this folder when claimants have attempted PUA IVR multiple times and have been unsuccesful in completing. It will also be used to take missing certs on PUA claims (by Level 2)

When backdating a claim that has already migrated, What status code should we use on the incorrect effective dates claim?
I for Invalidate. Since claim migrated we can not "K" the claim, so we would need to use "I" and fill out a 407 for any already paid weeks on incorrect claim as well as 406.3w For waiting week
BP02 - KEY ACCT CLOSED - MUST HAVE DIRECT DEPOSIT. What does this mean and how do I fix this?
Keybank has decided to close the claimants account, and requires claimant use direct deposit.
To fix you need to advise claimant to update a direct deposit account into their online portal. Any remaining balance with Keybank will be sent to claimant via check

Claimants LDW was 01/12/2020 on previous claim. Claimant worked again from 04/02/2020 until 10/01/2020. What quarters of wages would we use to determine if claimant made 10xBR?
Quarter 1 of 2020 and all wages reported since that date.
What does a 418 form request?
418 Form is used to request missing information for verification purposes. IDS, EADS, Proof of Address, etc
If looking at SIDI and see a claim in another state, what 2 ways can you access the other states claim to view if still active?
F5 from SIDI then S next to the state inquiring about, or go to IBIQ, enter SSN and state then S next to the state once submitted.
