Hugo said he was looking for a new job.
Hugo: "I'm looking for a new job".
Illary: "Take off your dirty boots, Andre!"
Illary ordered/asked/urged Andre to take off her dirty boots.
Lucia: "Rodrigo never comes to my parties on Saturdays."
Lucia said Rodrigo never went to her parties on Saturdays.
Alvaro: "Don't be silly, Jean!"
Alvaro told Jean not to be silly
Hugo: "Will you dance at the party, Marcelo?"
Hugo asked Marcelo if he would dance at the party.

Santiago told Bruno he had done nothing the day before. Santiago told Bruno he hadn't done anything the day before.

Alejandro asked Antonella if she would mind holding his backpack.
Claudia said/announced she had good news. She had given up smoking.
Claudia: "I have good news! I've given up smoking!"
