An appointment can be made starting February 24th, 2023 after 8am if no one has walked in by then to reserve the facility.
How much is due at the time of booking?
60 days + = 50% of the rental fees (excluding cleaning/alcohol deposits and security)
<60 days = 100% if fees plus deposits and security

What is the year out booking process? (In as much detail as possible)
Event dates more than 12-months out are subject to a first come, first serve walk-in basis on the day exactly one year out from 7:30am – 8:00am. We do not require an appointment for year-out bookings and will not make an appointment to reserve ahead of time. We also will not put the date on hold until for anyone.
If no one walks-in to our Chino Hills Community Center on the day a year out before 8:00am, then we revert back to our appointment system and will give priority for the date to whomever calls first. After 8:00am, an appointment is required and we will no longer accommodate a walk-in appointment for that date. We will not take phone inquiries prior to 8:00am for that date.
What are the cancellation fees for Residents and Non-Residents?
181 days+ = Lose 50% of rental fees paid
60 - 180 days = Lose 75% of rental fees paid
0 - 59 days = Lose 100% of rental fees paid
(cleaning/alcohol deposits always get refunded)
What is the name of the package that the Residence is reserved by itself on the weekends?
The Residence is not reserved by itself on the weekends.
What is included in the CC Platinum Package?
GOH, Patio, Gazebo, Lobby, Catering Kitchen, Conference Rooms, AV Equipment, and Dance Floor or Stage
When do the alcohol and/or cleaning deposits get refunded?
As long as everything goes smoothly with the event, check refunds take between 6-8 weeks to receive and card refunds take between 2-3 weeks to receive.
