What is the return policy for CW, CWEB, and CV families?

Families must return materials only to their assigned Resource Center. 

However, ESs can go to ANY Resource Center (school site) to drop off materials. ONLY if they are dropping, graduating or disenrolled already then the family may go to any resource center.

How do I reserve a room at a Resource Center?

Email the family's designated Resource Center and provide:

Resource Center staff will schedule the reservation and confirm availability.

Only these staff members mark off OPS Returns and verify returned items. 

Who is the ES? (RC Staff only provide receipts (non-barcoded item lists) to families. ES's mark returned items verified by receipts. Families are also encouraged to take a photo of their form for their records.)

How can an ES check the status of Atriuum reserves at any time of the school year?

  1. Log in to the student's Atriuum account.

  2. Navigate to the Items Out tab.

  3. Review the list of items that have been checked out to the student and placed on hold.

Keep in mind - Some materials may be coming from another Resource Center and may require additional transportation time before the order can be completed.
