• Base Benefit - Heart attack, sudden cardiac arrest, coronary artery bypass surgery (25%), major organ transplant, bone marrow transplant, kidney failure, stroke
• Cancer Benefit - Cancer, non-invasive cancer (25%); skin cancer ($250/yr)
• Health Screening Benefit (EE and covered SP only) - $100/year (EE/SP only)
• Additional Benefits - Coma, severe burns, paralysis, loss of sight, loss of speech, loss of hearing, Advanced Alzheimer's, advanced parkinson's, benign brain tumor
• Progressive Diseases - ALS; MS
• Additional Diagnosis - Will pay benefits for each different critical illness when the date of diagnosis is separated by at least 6 consecutive months
• Recurrence - Benefits are payable for the same critical illness when the date of diagnosis is separated by at least 6 consecutive months; for cancer claims, the insured must be treatment-free for at least 12 months and be in complete remission.
