Describe resource sustainability

Some resources can be used continually (renewable) but others once they are used they are gone (non-renewable). Non-Renewable resources need to be managed carefully to ensure they are used to their full potential. Effective resource management relies on people and governments to make considered decisions so that resources last longer.

e.g. a person who loses their job (economic factor) may have lowered self esteem (emotional factor). Because of their reduced income, they may decide to cancel their gym membership (physical and social factors), which will impact on overall wellbeing.
