what is a stroller and liberator
what liquid 02 is stored is a liberator, liquid 02 turns to gas as it evaporates (ik its not in question just a reminder ;) ) a stroller is a small canister that can be filled with 02 directly from liberator and is lightweight
why should patients and families be instructed to not touch the flow rate?
rate is ordered by the physican, too much or too little oxygen can be harmful to patient
