What is the difference between robbery, theft, and burglary?

Robbery is the taking of personal property from another in his presence against his will by the use or threatened the use of immediate force.

Theft is to wrongfully obtain or exert unauthorized control over the property or services of another.

Burglary is any person who enters or remains unlawfully in a building may be inferred to have acted with intent to commit a crime against a person or property.
