Chase Ambrose was always the alpha rat and he hung out with the wrong friends. Ironically, the story twists and he gets a new start after a memory-loss-inducing accident. He wakes up in a hospital room and has to learn his life again. When he gets back to school... he sees that different kids treat him like a hero and others are afraid of him.
