Sort items alphabetically, and then scroll until you see the **brand name** of the item you're about to add and check its description and only add an item if it's not yet listed.

What's the best way to ensure there are no duplicate items listed on the Asana Low Stock Sheet/Project?

1. Unbox and verify invoice

2. Break down packaging & sort into recycling 

3. Cut soap wrapping paper if needed from shipment packaging

4. Put price stickers on each item received, (including on the 5-gallon jugs)

5. Check Asana and set aside items for other stores

6.  Update inventory in Square match stock to current inventory

7. Text any customers waiting on products

8. Asana- Mark as "complete" in the "Ordered" column of the Low Stock Sheet/Project
