All of history: early church all the way to today, and in the years to come. All churches.
In verse 18, Jesus says He is the "Living One. I was dead, but look - I am alive forever and ever, and I hold the keys of death and Hades."
What/where is Hades?
It is the realm of the dead, the place of the dead. It is not "hell"

Revelation is not only a book of prophecy, it is also one of these, just like the ones Paul wrote.
Letter
Verse 6, "and made us a kingdom, priests to his God and Father." What does it mean that Jesus made us a kingdom?
Believers (all - Jew and Gentile) rule with Him
In verse 13, John says he saw "one like the Son of Man." What Old Testament book does this come from?
Daniel 7:13-14; 10:5-6
