Is social media bad?
Not when used properly. Social media can connect you to new ideas and people, allows you to share information, learn new things, keeps you entertained, and so much more! It is a fantastic tool when used appropriately, but it can cause harm when it is not.

30 minutes with a 5-minute passing on both sides

No.

Can you play sports while you're failing?
No, you need to be passing your classes to play sports
Why do people bully?
They want power/control
They are hurting
They learned it from someone else

They want to look cool/make friends
What does a counselor do?
Listens to you and makes sure you feel heard and validated, Advocates for change, Tracks data, Creates lessons, Runs small groups, promotes a positive school climate, runs talking circles, creates fun events, promotes healthy coping skills, gets you resources, creates your schedule, promotes conflict resolution skills, and so much more!
How do you walk to class?
Quietly--you can talk, but please no yelling/screaming/stomping
