What is our server uniform policy?
CBB polo, SOLID black shorts or pants. Ladies shorts must be at least a five inch inseam, professional length. If your arms are straight down and your finger tips are longer than your shorts, your shorts are too short! Men’s shorts must be flat front or pleated front shorts, no cargo shorts. Closed toe shoes. Name tag. CBB/Drift jacket or hat, if wearing one.

If you call out you need to call and speak to the MOD at least 2 hours before your shift with a valid reason or proof of why you are calling out.
*calling out two days in a row - a doctors note is required*

What is a Bushwhacker?
A Pensacola original drink. Frozen and creamy with Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum, cream de cacao, coffee liqueur and ice cream.
What is the employee parking policy?
Employees are to park in the main beach ball parking lot.
What is our smoking policy?
Absolutely NOT between the hours of 11A.M. - 2P.M.(lunch rush), 6P.M.-9P.M.(dinner rush) and any other peak service time.
1. You must ask a manager for approval 2. ask another server/host/bartender to watch your section 3. Smoking is only permitted behind the shed under the pier 4. Put a jacket on to cover your shirt 5. Extinguish all butts and dispose of them properly 6. Upon returning, wash & sanitize your hands before returning to the floor.
