What is choose the 'river' address. Usually there's a river and a land address to a lot of locations. Since Tom is in the river now, that's where he'll need to be rescued.
Mary lives in an alley running E/W. She took a tumble after trying to leapfrog her 6 year old son, and the knowledge of her address spilled right out of her head! (You should’ve been there to see it!) Crazily, she knows that the N street is 4th, the S street is 3rd, the E street is Clam and the W street is Wall. What street does she live on?

When the verification form pops up to choose a correct address, you hit ‘Cancel’ because Adam is adamant that the address he’s giving you is correct. These are 3 things you’ll do next to ensure Adam gets the help he needs.
What is add as much clarifying information in the Remarks/Notes field as possible like directions or descriptions, you’ll keep the caller on the line until responders arrive, and follow up with a supervisor to have the address checked.
