Steps after a robbery.

1. Lock the doors of the branch as soon as it is safe.

2. Notify the person next to you and a supervisor of the robbery. 

3. Two employees should activate their hold up alarms. 

4. Two employees should DIAL 911 and be prepared to provide as much detail as possible.

5. Contact FBI & BSO. 

6. Do not talk to each other, fill out description form from robbery packet. 

7. Do not talk to the media. 

8. Lock all teller drawers. 

9. Protect the area where the robbery was and block off area with barrier. NO paper or plastic. 

10. Locate the robbery kit and follow instructions.
