Subjunctive or indicative: Necesito al doctor Ramírez, un médico que (tiene, tenga) mucha experiencia en cirugías.
Indicative; When the adjective clause refers to a person, place, thing, or idea that is clearly known, certain, or definite, the indicative is used.
Por vs Para: Necesito comprar un vestido for la fiesta.
Necesito comprar un vestido para la fiesta. Purpose or goal.
Formal commands; Cuando ustedes termine, _____ (hacer) las camas.
Cuando usted termine, hagan las camas.
The subjunctive with doubt, disbelief, and denial; No cabe duda de que ellos _____ (cuidar) su comunidad.

Subjunctive; The subjunctive is used in an adjective (or subordinate) clause that refers to a person, place, thing, or idea that either does not exist or whose existence is uncertain or indefinite.
Reciprocal reflexives;

Javier y yo nos saludamos por las mañanas.
The present subjunctive; Es importante que los estudiantes ______ (leer) las instrucciones con cuidado.
Es importante que los estudiantes lean las instrucciones con cuidado.
The subjunctive with conjunctions; Voy a buscarte en cuanto _____ (salir) del cine.

Nosotros/as commands; levantarse/a las/ siete
Levantémonos a las siete.

The subjunctive with verbs of will and influence; El necesita que yo le _______ (prestar) dinero.

Indicative; the verb in the main clause expresses an action that habitually happens, or that happened in the past.
Past participle; No puedo salir porque mi carro está (dañar).

It is incorrect, this is a nosotros command form. It should say; Escribe una carta a nuestros amigos.

Subjunctive. The indicative is used with words or expressions of will and influence if there is no change of subject in the sentence.
Subjunctive or indicative: Vamos a resolver el problema cuando desarrollemos nuevas tecnologías.
