These 3 programs are at the high school and offer students a chance to learn about medicine, coding, or digital electronics and building.

Confirm recent training events they are currently in or are registered for.
Confirm the phone number tied to the account.
Confirm previous SCT case topics and/or approximate dates of outreach.
Alternate email address on the account.

This is what I do if a PC/SC requests another user's information to help them log into their account.
Inform them you need the user's permission - Reach out the user and/or suggest the user reach out to SCT for assistance.
If a program cancellation request comes from a teacher, general user, accounts payable, or our finance team, this is what I will do if there's no evidence of usage.
Send the email to request the PC/SCs cancel the program in myPLTW - Email should include requestor, PCs and SCs, and AO.
If a user hasn't responded to my email in this many days, I will follow up again.
