E.g. "Ooh this is tricky and is taking longer to figure out than I thought!"

"I wonder if there's something I haven't thought of, or someone I can call for some help!"

"I have figured out hard things before, let me take some deep breaths and decide what I CAN do here".

Wait! You're stuck in the maze!

How can you get out? (hint - reflect, "shoes", inner coach, zones, breathe...)

Yes there are likely many ways, remember reflecting on how the other person feels, putting yourself in someone else's shoes, doing a zones check-in, or asking you Inner Coach are already things you know!

-Ideas from the video: Use the power of your breath and remember to put yourself in someone else's shoes during that breath
