In Exodus 32:19, explain why Moses threw the stones on the ground in anger?
God saw what the people did and told Moses to go down the Mountain and see what the people of Israel had done, so Moses already knew what they had done but when He saw the people rejoicing even in their disobedience he got angry and smashed the tablets. This is a sign that shows that the law were not perfect, because it even highlighted the sin of the people and caused them to even sin more, disregarding the covenant they made with God.
