Go to rounds, select the round you are in, view schedule, select the correct PNM
When should you be knocking and how many times?
5 minutes - 4 knocks

How can I help a PNM calm down?
Breathing exercise, drink water, remove them from the situation, "what can I do to help you", sit with them
Your little (or someone else in your/any chapter) texts you during recruitment asking how their "rush crush" is feeling about their round. How do you respond?
Don't disclose any information, remind them of Panhellenic policies, and report the contact if necessary.

How do you help PNMs with their rankings?
Go to rounds, select the round you just finished, select "Enter Priorities", make sure you have the correct PNM selected, when they're happy make sure the ranking is submitted!
What will Tia, Zoe, Kayleen, Jessica, and Lily be doing during recruitment, and when should you go to them?
Tia: Supporting you, dealing with logistics - questions, concerns, etc.
Zoe: Dealing with PNM stuff, logistics - when there's something happening with a PNM, when I direct you to her
Kayleen: working with Jasmine, Mister, and Natalie, overseeing everything - when I send you to her
Jessica: dealing with infractions, support - when I send you to her

How do PNMs get their schedules each day?

Remain neutral, redirect the question to their own values, and reminding them that they knows themself best.

Explain the MRABA and how it works
MRABA is a binding agreement that says you will accept a bid from one of the chapters you listed if offered. Don't list any chapter you wouldn't be willing to accept a bid from. If you don't accept that bid, you can't accept a bid from any other chapter until the next primary recruitment period. PNMs cannot be in contact with their Rho Gammas during the MRABA signing and preferencing process.
