Cookware can be used for cooking food on top of the range. (eg. Sauce pans, Pots, Skillets, Double boilers, etc. )
Bakeware are pans that absorbs heat to cook the food.
e.g (Light-colored pans: transfer oven heat to food quickly which gives it a light-colored crust.)
(Dark pans: absorbs more heat and gives the food a dark crust, however not in other foods.
