Candidate/interviewee “lead” the interviewer through the case interview, determine the direction on their own. Candidate needs to probe for information by asking questions and come up with their own framework from start to end. Interviewer will give data based on candidate’s ask
2. Interviewer-led
Interviewer “lead” the case interview by asking questions to give guidance regarding the direction of the discussion. Interviewer will give a very specific question to start the case interview
