To determine the the degree to which a child or likely to suffer maltreatment in the immediate future.

Determines the level of risk of future harm in the family and determines the level or service to be provided to each family
When should you use a TSP?
When you find that a child is in Immediate danger or does not have a safe and sober caregiver.
Can you close a case at 15 days old ?
Yes, if the Supervisor approves it and there is no safety factors to the children.
How many home visits must be completed in a month?
2 visits per month

The collection of information on threatening family conditions and current, significant,and clearly observable threats to the safety of the child/children.
