#1 RMA
This is the main RMA, the one that builds the relationships initially with most of the staff and students.
What is club?
This RMA is where it all begins. If you don't know any students, you'll have to meet some.
What is contacting?
This RMA is usually one that students remember the most. Ask Trent, people remember these forever.
What are trips?
What is make fun of them/laugh at them?
We don't call these "games" anymore, as those are for little kids.
What are crowd breakers?
This RMA can range from hanging out at Biggby with a couple people to hanging out all night long at a trampoline park.
What is a building time?
Sometimes we don't always hit the road, every now and again we put on one of these around the city.
What is an event?
Make sure you've got a big assortment of staff, so that way you don't have to do this one on one.
What is discussion?
Got some students who are really interested in learning more? Start one of these.
What is a small group?
When we're on these long roads, we usually assign one of these to each bus to make sure things get cleaned up.
What is a bus captain?
Want to add more staff to the team? Make sure after one visit they get one of these to keep joining us.
When we finish a "meeting," we usually have a staff give one of these.
What is a wrap up?
Don't worry, everyone eventually gets a group of students who want to be some of these.

What is building relationships with Jesus?
Want someone to join us for a trip? Make sure they fill out all three of these things to join us.
